The story of purported Bangladeshi infiltration has eclipsed other concerns, including the absence of new representatives from the Adivasi and Other Backward Class (OBC) groups. The BJP candidates in Jharkhand have generally identified two main reasons for the party’s defeat in the recent Assembly elections.
